How a property enters the market matters. We build a pre-launch timeline, and private showing strategy. We offer review structure when appropriate and the perfect marketing rollout calendar.

Step Five: Create Leverage

When offers arrive, we evaluate more than price.

We examine the financing strength, contingency exposure, inspection period and risks, appraisal risk and timeline flexibility.
